MAWTT: Fantasy!

It's FANTASY time at Moving Along With The Times!!  I pulled out one of my favourite mermaids from DS4J

I got a couple of bags with sea shells from a friend last year and haven't used them yet. This provided the perfect opportunity!

TTCRD Challenge with Eureka - Rose Border

This week's prize at Through The Craft Room Door is sponsored by Eureka who has both digital and rubber stamps! I used the lovely Rose Border for my gatefold card:

I added some flourish that copied that of the image and some paper roses and leaves. The background of the back two panels is made with three different coloured washi tape (from Mr Price Home, South Africa. Washi tape not available online).

DS4J challenge #85: HEARTS

It's that time of the year again where the shops are filled with hearts & heart-shaped goodies!! So we are celebrating love with a HEARTS challenge at Digistamps4Joy!

I used one of the newer images called HEART GEARED FOR YOU:

I found this kraft gift bag in my craft drawers and decided it would make a perfect background to the steampunk image. AND I have the gears embossing folder from D'arice. At the back is some Vintage paper from Joy! Crafts and the sentiment is from Unity Stamp Co's November kit of the month.

The heart was shaded with Tim Holtz distress inks and the key shaded with Sakura Stardust pen.
