How lucky am I to make two cards in one day. It's been a while!

This is the first time I'm doing something on watercolour paper and just did a rough scratching with watercolour pencils before adding water.  I've been on a personal challenge to refresh my background stamping techniques to make my own 'design papers'.

Butterfly kisses (CTS254)

I managed to ink up some brand new stamps I got given as gifts in England!  I love their detail and the one set has beautiful vintage looking flowers.

Here's a special card for a very special someone :)  You know who you are 💓

You have been with me through thick and thin. You encourage me every day to follow my dreams and assure me that I have what it takes to cope with each day. May it be a very Merry and Blessed Christmas to you and I will see you soon to put this in your hand!

I wanted to challenge myself to make a masculine shaker card as well. Extra fine glitter with silhouette images did the trick. 

I used Freshly Made Sketches number 317.  I turned it upside down so that I can have Santa flying high!

Merry Christmas with a cuppa

My regular coffee shop hangout is Cafe Fino in Strubensvalley (South Africa) and the staff there are like family.  It's also like my 2nd office :) Or maybe more like HQ....

I made this card for them to celebrate Christmas and to say thank you for their kind service through the year:

The cups were stamped, shaded roughly with ink pads and foam applicators. Some white gel pen added for highlighting and colouring. The 'string' is hand drawn with some liquid pearls.
