Altenew October 2018 and CTS291

WOW it's been a long time!  I have been making some cards but with a very special purpose and not for challenges. At least not card blog challenges, but they were very challenging! More about that soon.

This is my very first Altenew challenge entry with my first (and currently only) Altenew set! (It's nearly impossible to afford importing them to South Africa.)
