Ok - this challenge almost had me stumped. I probably walked to my little craft corner half a dozen times today, picked up the piece of cardboard box (for the corrugated paper) and then put it down again. The "plastic" also had me puzzled - but then, all of a sudden, it all came together!!
It was AAA Cards McGuyver challenge!

And here it is! I'm actually pretty pleased:
The PLASTIC is a piece of plastic from clear stamps packaging and I put it over the background stamped panel (I bent it over the top and fastened it to the back with some washi tape. The side strips are for decoration and to keep it from flapping open).
The cardboard box piece felt a bit thick so I gently prized it apart and used the one half with the CORRUGATED part revealed.
Two HOLES to thread the STRING through.
Background & sentiment stamped with: UNITY stamp co Grateful Hearts (Sept 2013 sentiment kit)
This was actually fun!
