I was recently diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer. It sure puts things into perspective. 3 weeks ago I had a total thyroidectomy and this morning I came out of hospital after my radioactive iodine therapy (which is another story). This is a new journey and still some outstanding tests and answers, but hopefully this is a new road to recovery.
God bless you all
