Here's another Tilla embellishment card:
(I bought it locally here http://www.scrap-a-doodles.co.za/scrap-a-doodles-handmade-stickers-lets-go/)
This was a LOT of fun to make.
The lights were made by punching circles out of scrap pieces of cardstock. The checkered flag was drawn by hand and cut out. It was popped up with 3D foam.
I used my mini sponge dauber to make a background mimicking the crowd and the paper strip is some scrap piece (I think BasicGrey). I just added the two lines on it.
Sentiment: Papertrey Ink Think Big Favorites #12
