Stenciling with Impressabilities
I created the background image by using Gina's technique to stencil with a Spellbinders Impressability. After I've stenciled it with distress ink, Spun Sugar, I used a mini-sponge dobber with Aged Mahogany to lightly accent the flower centres.

For the sentiment I stamped it on pink cardstock, cut and embossed it with a Spellbinders oval tag. I then also cut and embossed a Spellbinders Fancy Tag with the same cardstock and used Gina's technique as seen here: http://stamptv.ning.com/video/using-a-tag-die-as-a
