For those using A5 books, here are my dimensions for cutting & scoring:
Front and back DP: 8 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Spine: 8 1/4" x 2 1/8"
Score spine at 7/8" and 1 1/4"
If you want to wrap the spine further underneath the DP you can make it wider.

I also used my Scor-Pal to texturise the first panel behind my stamped panel. I scored at each 1/8 until the 1" mark, turned it 90 degrees and repeated on each side.
The stamped image is from GinaK Designs "Tree Silhouettes". The "Notas" I printed from Microsoft Powerpoint.
