Faith Garden

This is the second card for the Stamptv March 2012 card swap. I'm also entering it into the Lily Pad Cards "Patterned Paper" challenge.
The flowers were stamped by first inking just the flower bit with Colorbox cat's eyes ink and then inking up the stalks with Crushed Olive. I stamped once for the darker shade and then "stamped off" for a lighter image. (I used this technique on the yellow "showered with blessings" card not long ago.)
This panel was mounted on some Fired Brick card stock (TI).
The Faith sentiment was stamped on some scrap paper, the corner rounded and holes punch into the edges.
The flower panel was glued to the DP before the sentiment was glued down with the ribbon.

I love stamping focal images so I'm also entering this into: http://stampinsistersinchrist.blogspot.com/2012/01/challenge-124-ph-48.html
