DS4J release 20s HATS

Here's one image used from my set of 2 '20's HATS' for Digistamps4Joy:
I paper pieced the hat and lifted the front edge off with foam tape. A little Sekura stardust pen adds a faint shimmer to the lacy strips.

Fonts used:
Baroque Antique
Park Lane NF

I used the layout from Happy Little Stampers (I LOVE their CAS layouts!!)
