Don't you just love it when you have the perfect image or sentiment for a challenge? I did a little happy dance when I saw our new
SPARKLE / SHINE challenge for
Moving Along With The Times because I immediately knew which image and sentiment I was going to use! There was no alternative!

And then as luck would have it I had the perfect sketch to use from
Retro Sketches:
I paper pieced the cupcake wrapper with the same sparkle embossed background DP (my last of the paper pad which was my very first 6x6 paper pad I ever bought! Prima I think). The word "SPARKLE" and the crown was first coloured with Spectrum Noir and then I covered it with Sakura Stardust pen.
Let's sparkle as the year rushes to an end and join us at
MAWTT!
